What 12 weeks actually looks like

Phase 1 — Audit (weeks 1 to 3)
Positioning. Market and revenue model. Runway and go/pivot. You leave week 3 with a One-Page Strategy you've defended in front of me, not a cohort.
Phase 2 — Build (weeks 4 to 6)
MVP and brand identity. Site and funnel live. First customer (or a waitlist that's paying attention). Your Build Stack is live by Friday of week 6 — built with me, not in parallel to me.
Phase 3 — Scale (weeks 7 to 12)
Growth channel locked. Paid or organic engine running. Operations off your desk. Retention play live. The outcome target: $5K MRR or a $50K launch in 90 days, with a defended 12-month roadmap.

What is Le Dossier?
Methods, structures, and playbooks I'm actively using across Bausele and Eberjax. Example: a 4-step pricing sequence used across Bausele, Hurley/Nike, and Swatch Group. I open them to your project when they fit — case-by-case, my call. What Le Dossier is not: contacts, contracts, or supplier lists. The methods transfer. The relationships don't.
Is there a payment plan?
Yes — 3 monthly payments of $1,999 across months 1, 2, and 3. I'll walk you through it on the application call.
What if I miss a week?
We reschedule. It's 1-on-1 — there's no cohort to hold up. The only rule is the 12 weeks have to land inside the quarter. We can move a session, not the calendar.

Why are seats capped at 8 per quarter?
Because I'm running two businesses, an Accelerator cohort, and Founder Lab. Above 8, I can't show up prepared on every founder's business every week. Below 8, the program doesn't carry itself. 8 is the line.
Do I get into the Accelerator cohort calls too?
Yes — the cohort room is open to you. Most Founder Lab founders drop in for a few sessions where the topic is relevant. You're also invited to Cohort 1 Demo Day on Friday 27 November 2026 as audience, not as a presenting founder.
When does Q1 2027 open?
Q1 2027 (January–March) opens after Q4 2026 starts. The Assessment is the queue — people who get a "not yet" for Q4 with strong fit get first look at Q1.
