Why a cohort exists
The Toolkit teaches the method. The Accelerator is what happens when 25 people work through it at the same time, in front of each other, with me running the room.
Most founder courses are recorded videos and a Slack no one posts in. The Accelerator is the opposite. Live calls every week. Real builds, due Friday. Public stakes. By week 12 you've launched in front of an audience that includes operators I trust — and you've watched 24 other people do the same.
I built a multi-million dollar business with Bausele while running other companies. The method that got me there is what we run here. Out loud, on a schedule, with deadlines that matter.
Who this is for
You're a corporate professional with 6 to 10 hours a week, a skill you already get paid for, and a quiet feeling that the role you're in won't exist in five years. You're not looking for a coach. You're looking for a room.
You don't have to quit your job. You do have to ship every week.
This is NOT for you if
- You want a recorded course you can binge on the weekend.
- You're shopping for an idea — the Accelerator assumes you arrive with one (or a shortlist).
- You can't commit to a weekly 90-minute call for 12 weeks.
- You want a guarantee that the business works. The guarantee is on the program, not the outcome.
- You're still deciding whether you want to build something. Come back when you've decided.
What 12 weeks actually looks like
Three phases. Twelve Friday deadlines. One Demo Day.
Phase 1 — Audit (weeks 1 to 3)
Positioning. Market and revenue model. Runway and go/pivot. You ship your One-Page Strategy by Friday of week 3 and defend it on the call.
Phase 2 — Build (weeks 4 to 6)
MVP and brand identity. Site and funnel live. First customer (or a waitlist that's paying attention). Your Build Stack is live by Friday of week 6.
Phase 3 — Scale (weeks 7 to 12)
Growth channel locked. Paid or organic engine running. Operations off your desk. Retention play live. Expansion plan drafted. Twelve-month roadmap defended on Demo Day.
The weekly rhythm
- Monday — Live cohort call (90 min). I open the week. You report on last Friday's ship. We unblock what needs unblocking.
- Tuesday to Thursday — You build. Slack is open. Prompt library is open. I'm in there.
- Friday — You ship. Whatever was due that week is posted in Slack for the cohort to see.
Demo Day — Friday 27 November 2026
You present your business — what you built, what you sold, what you learned — with 2 to 3 invited operators in the room. People I trust to give honest feedback. Not a pitch competition. A working review with the people who would actually have an opinion that matters.
What's included
- The full Toolkit — 12 modules, prompt library, worksheets, case studies. Yours for the life of the program and after.
- 12 weekly live cohort calls (90 min). I run them. You attend live or watch the recording before Friday.
- Private cohort Slack — open 12 weeks. I'm in there daily.
- Hands-on AI build sessions — we use the prompts together, on your business, on the call.
- Guest sessions — operators from my network, dropped in where they fit your phase.
- Friday ship reviews — your work, in front of the cohort, with feedback.
- Demo Day at week 12 — 2 to 3 invited operators in the room.
- Alumni access — future cohort priority, alumni room access after week 12.
Investment
$2,997 AUD — paid in full before Cohort 1 starts.
2-pay plan available — $1,498.50 paid before kickoff, $1,498.50 mid-program (week 6).
90-day money-back guarantee — if you do the work and it isn't for you, you get your money back in full.
Application-only. Checkout happens after I've read your Assessment and confirmed the cohort is a fit. The Accelerator product is not self-serve.
How to apply
- Fill out the Assessment. Five minutes. Ten questions. I read every response.
- Within 48 hours you get one of three answers: yes — apply for Cohort 1; not yet — come back in six months; or, a different tier fits you better.
- If you're a fit, we book a 20-minute call. I confirm. You pay. You're in.
Over half the people who fill out the Assessment get told to come back later. That's the filter working. The 25 seats in Cohort 1 go to the 25 most ready.
Frequently asked
How much time per week?
6 to 10 hours. One 90-minute live call. The rest is build time on your business. Most people do it around a full-time job.
Can I do this with a full-time job?
Yes. I built a multi-million dollar business with Bausele while running other companies. The Accelerator is designed for people who can't (or don't want to) quit yet. The whole point is that you build the next thing before you leave the current thing.
What if I miss a live call?
Every call is recorded and posted within 24 hours. You're expected to watch the recording before Friday and ship your work on time. Missing a call is fine. Missing the Friday ship two weeks in a row gets a direct message from me.
What if I don't have an idea yet?
The Accelerator assumes you arrive with an idea or a shortlist. If you're still upstream of that, start with the Toolkit ($497) and work through the Audit modules. When you have a direction, apply for the next cohort.
Is there a payment plan?
Yes — a 2-pay plan. $1,498.50 paid before kickoff, $1,498.50 mid-program (week 6). I'll walk you through it on the application call.
What's the refund policy?
90-day money-back guarantee — if you do the work and it isn't for you, you get your money back in full.
How is this different from Founder Lab?
The Accelerator is a group. You learn alongside 24 other founders, on a fixed schedule, with the cohort as your peer pressure. Founder Lab is 1-on-1 — weekly private calls, WhatsApp access, custom workflow build. Accelerator is for people who want the room. Founder Lab is for people who need the room shut.
What happens after the 12 weeks?
You keep the Toolkit (lifetime). You keep alumni access — priority on future cohorts, the alumni room, occasional drop-ins from me. You're not on your own. The relationship doesn't end at Demo Day.
Why are the seats capped at 25?
Because I run the room. Above 25 people, the calls stop being working sessions and start being lectures. 25 is the maximum where I can still see every business in the cohort and give real feedback every week.
When does Cohort 2 run?
Cohort 2 dates open after Cohort 1 starts. The Assessment is the queue — people who get a "not yet" for Cohort 1 with strong fit get first look at Cohort 2.
25 seats. One filter. Apply.
Cohort 1 starts Monday 7 September 2026. Applications close Friday 14 August 2026. The Assessment is the door.
